When will my order arrive?
Seabird Silver jewellery is handmade to order in Brighton, UK. The handcrafting process takes time so please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be completed if they won't need hallmarking, orders that needs hallmarking will be 2-4 weeks.
The items sent to the assay office for stamping have approximately a 10 day turn around, if you need an item rushed then please enquire about the availability of an expedited service.
Parcels are shipped by Royal Mail First Class or First Class signed for service.
What if I need to adjust my order?
If you need to change something in your order, please email [email protected] with your order number and modification and we will let you know if it can be done.
How to get in touch about a custom order?
Please direct all enquiries through the contact page with the appropriate title for us to get back to you with ease to keep track of any ongoing conversations.
If you wish to discuss a particular stones or if you have stones you wish to have set for a ring or necklace please feel free to get in touch and we can discuss availability of stones and getting them set.
How do I find my ring size?
You have a couple of options, you can order a ring sizer with us which you can find under "misc" or, if you have safe access, you could go to a local jeweller and ask them to help you with sizing.
The ring sizer comes with instructions. We do not ship these internationally so if you are overseas, then please order a ring sizer online.
TIPS
- Make sure to size the correct finger on the correct hand as your dominant hand is often slightly larger.
- The aim is for a snug fit, the correct size is that where you are able to it slip back over the knuckle.
- Fingers shrink and swell at different temperatures. Measure your fingers later in the day and at room temperature for best results.
- If you are between two sizes then pick the larger size

Is your work hallmarked?
Items over the exemption weight of 7.78 grams are tested and hallmarked.
If a piece has the appropriate surface for stamping and you desire a smaller piece to be hallmarked we can discuss prices so please feel free to ask.
How long do I have to use my lesson?
You have 6 months from the date of purchase to book your lesson.
48hr cancellation policy. If you think you need to cancel suddenly, you must give at least 48 hours to cancel and reschedule.
No refunds over 6 months post purchase date.
Can I get a rush job expedited?
With rush jobs I may not always have time to take on a big time commitment over other pieces but I am happy to discuss projects over email.
